Buffalo River (ejeredesche) Dene Nation’s main community is Dillon, located on the banks of Peter Pond Lake (Buffalo Lake) at the mouth of the Dillon River (Buffalo River) in Treaty 10 territory in north-western Saskatchewan. Rich in Denesųłiné history, culture, and language; the majority of BRDN’s 1730+ members maintain a traditional lifestyle, hunting, fishing, and trapping across a vast and beautiful area of many lakes and trees.
